I don't know how rare they are but I never see any wheatons. I know a few people who have them but, they don't have many. And I don't think I have ever seen them on here for sale.
i hope wheaton but i dont know for sure ... i have some eggs comeing in wednesday or thursday i hope i can hatch them , i have a new lg incubator with fan and turner . anyone has a ideas that might help in the hatching let me know (my spelling needs help to )

What about "Silvered Black" Marans? I read somewhere that these would soon be recognized by the French. Dunno how old that info. was or what the current status of that variety is, or whether there are any of those in the US.

i think the only colors known ones are birchen,,,,black,,,, black tailed buff , brown red,,, columbian,,,,,golden cuckoo,,,,silver chuckoo,,,,,wheaton, ,,,,white
