Raw under Lucy’s wing

Why would she be like this? Her back is raw and I had a chicken saddle because my rooster is too rough but I took it off of her in hopes that it would help her feathers grow back quicker. But now it’s like a raw chicken breast under her wing and I’m not really sure what to do and why it’s like this.

You could use plain Neosporin or Triple Antibiotic Ointment twice a day. I would clean it with something like Hibiclens (chlorhexidene) and water initially, or use Vetericyn wound spray.
