I've decided to upgrade to a better incubabor. I've been looking at both of these high tech ones, and wonder which one would be best.

I am thinking about buying one of those R-coms too to try it out since they are a great deal for what you get. I have had several Brinseas and they have always done great. If you don't want or need auto turning and humidity, you can't hardly beat the $99 Brinsea. It just depends on what you need.

No, I was wanting the fully automated models. With humidity and auto turning. I was about the order the RCom 20, now you all have me rethinking.

I wouldn't necessarily change your mind if you really wanted to try the R-com. I think that you probably are getting more responses about Brinsea simply because they are much better known. They have been around for years. Actually, one of the main reasons I wanted to try the R-com myself is because of that really cool humidity controller they come with. That is one thing I have always disliked about my Brinseas- I don't like the way the little humidity control works (but I live in a place that is very dry, so adequately controlling humidity is paramount).

I am guessing you are looking at trying the units like what Kemps has on sale for $249? I say, go for it. I am seriously thinking I might order one myself.
