depends on your body chemistry and your genes. I live on duck eggs, chicken eggs, milk, cheese, real butter, and lamb, chicken and beef with the fat still in it.... always have, and my cholesterol is excellent. I have inherited *my* family's curse, however, with is thyroid disease. ah well. at least my cholesterol's fine. good cholesterol runs in the family.
oh, I do eat fruits and veges too, but my diet is the sort that the contemporary medical pundits say will clog your arteries in 14 minutes flat. mine are clear (yep, had a scan a year or so ago.)
