I bought a big bag of something called all stage crumble. It said you could feed it start to finish. Has anyone every heard of it?

Lots of folks use this type of feed for their flocks - myself included. While the specific brands may vary, the general idea behind this sort of feed plan is the same. As long as you provide a calcium source for any birds that are actively laying, it is (imo) the most simple approach to feeding a flock that can be found.
