Really Steamed here

i will ship you a longcrower if he is the new neighbor

If he does, I'll take you up on that.

He was really more interested in the log home on the other side of me, though, which is empty all but maybe a month out of the year. Luckily, the people who have that one have had that house all their lives, have enough money to support it as a vacation home, and are happy to let our goats mow their pasture for them.

I just checked and it looks like the house that is for sale is off the market. The sign is still up, but it's not on the realtor's website anymore.

I am so sorry about your nasty unexpected guest. Some people in this world were just born uncaring and nasty folks.

MJSDHS ~ I have a few people that I would not mind filling their yards with about 100 of them long crowers

Well, my hope is that what goes around comes around. Some one will do something like it to him and he'll get just as mad at them as I am at him. Of course, being that self centered, he'll probably never think, "Oh, this is just like what I did to her that day," but hey, I can hope.

I do think the reason he ignored me the way he did was because he could. I'm a relatively small, unthreatening woman. And, yeah, I kind of wish I had thrown an egg. One of the old smelly ones I cleaned out of the back of the refrigerator.

I was thinking maybe you should keep a little pile of eggs out by the fence post just for that reason. You know have them " may pop" eggs waiting just for a sucker like that.

Edited to say: there is nothing harder to get off your face/clothes than the smell of a busted "maypop" egg!

We all should. You know, every time I have to throw out bad eggs from the 'bators, I think of how great my neighbors are and how I've never once been tempted to throw rotten eggs at any of them. Now I know who to save them for!

Beware backyard chicken farmers. We have an endless supply of potentially rotten eggs.

Edit: Amusingly, I did think that the man was lucky he was messing with me and not Ms. Dixon across the street. When she needs to be, she's meaner than me and usually better prepared.
