Seems lack of biotin can be a factor but yes she needs antibiotics the biotin would help the healing after.I couldn't find out til Monday on which antibiotics. Maybe someone will post. How big is she and how old?

A vet would be your best bet to help determine what antibiotic to use. It depends on what bacteria is causing the infection. Most antibiotics are only available online, although some are available online for pigeons or fish. Can you post pictures of the bottom of the foot?

It has been suggested by someone here that at least the an antibiotic that would treat staph but also wants me to remove some fluid from swelling to get an idea of what is causing the swelling.
