Okay, here's my raisin bread! I added a step to this one in that I rolled out the dough into a rectangle and covered the dough with cinnamon and then rolled it up. I like the look of this and it adds some extra cinnamon punch to the bread!

I let my breadmaker do the making of the dough and the first rise.

Not done with the breadmaking yet so it's time to give this thread a bump!

I made Southernbelle's Kuchen Bread (German Sweet Bread) and it's a winner! Wow, the flavor! I really love this in the morning for toast! If you love breadmaking, you've gotta try this one!!!
