Ok, I'm starting in the enchiladas!

I went to three stores to find poblano peppers and none had them.

My husband managed to find them at a produce stand about 2 hours away.

I have dried in my pantry.

It came out wonderfully!

I've never had fresh homemade green salsa so I didn't have anything to compare it to. It was a completely different taste from the store bought stuff.

Making the lefse was me and my daughters favorite part, she was able to roll the dough and press it all by herself while I cooked them. They were so good we kept eating them before we made the enchiladas!

It was amazing!

I'm not the most organized cook, so we temporarily destroyed the kitchen making it, but we really enjoyed it.

A couple nights ago I made home made pizza with an alton brown pizza dough and the ingredients in your lasagna. Turned out nicely.

There's an idea for the weekend. I'm going out of town and the place I'm going to has a pizza oven.

I'll have to see if we have that kind of dough around!
