Looking at the mountains in MT
Our turkey is quartered and resting in the fridge. Now I need a good recipe!

I was thinking of milk-braising, but I'm afraid that might overpower the turkey. We want to be able to taste the difference between this home-raised bird and a frozen one from the store.
 
I like the taste of turkey so we usually do ours with just a touch of salt, black pepper, garlic powder and paprika. If i'm cooking a whole bird I always cut up a few green apples and put them in the body cavity, that gives just a hint of apple flavor to it.
