One of my chickens has been getting sick with the same symptoms every few months and I’m unable to see a vet. The symptoms she has is lethargy, lack of appetite, gurgling sounds from her stomach, red, swollen and sore vent with discharge. I think this time there’s been small bits of blood? I will post pictures of it. Every time I’ve treated her with these exact symptoms she’s come back to normal. This doesn’t happen to my other chicken and only this one. I’m worried one day it’ll kill her as I have a feeling I’ve diagnosed her wrong. There’s some photos below.

With that amount of yellow and bubbles in the poop I'd be concerned about a bacterial infection and/or parasite infestation. I would take a fresh sample in to the vet immediate for a fecal float. Most vets will at least did that for you.

I will do that but I would like to add she just laid an egg with a lot of the clear mucus? For context it is almost midnight here so it’s a very weird time for her to be laying and I didn’t think any of these symptoms were related to being egg bound.
