It looks like just coated chicken wire, which will get roughed up when you bury it or when something digs at it, leaving you with essentially expensive chicken wire. I wouldn't spend the extra money on that when you could just get a 3' roll of chicken wire and lay it down with some overlap on your current walls. Or if you are starting from scratch, just stretch whatever wire you are going to use vertically and leave a little skirt of the same material. It's seamless that way and not any extra work.
 
While it is heavier gauge wire than regular chicken wire, and half way between the two standard chicken size mesh sizes (1" and 2") this is 1.5" hex mesh ...

I would think than regular 1" X 3" 14 gauge welded wire would be more durable.
