Today my rooster had these weird red bumps on his feet and I don’t know what could of caused them.It doesn’t seem to bother him he still eats and walks like normal so should I still treat them with something or is it something that goes away by itself(it’s been raining a lot so the ground is a little muddy)

Your roosters back toe looks strange. And yes you should treat all open wounds otherwise it will get infected and become a serious problem.

Could be irritated feather follicles.
Scales are starting to raise, he may benefit from having some oil or vaseline apply to his feet/legs once a week.
