Fall weather is here so I am looking for fallish-type recipes.
This salad got rave reviews when I took it to work.
2 CUPS SHREDDED RED CABBAGE
1 15OZ CAN WHITE BEANS, DRAINED & RINSED
1 11OZ CAN MANDARIN ORANGES, DRAINED
1/2 CUP TOASTED CHOPPED WALNUTS*
SLICED GREEN ONIONS OR CHIVES
MIX TOGETHER & DRESS WITH OLIVE OIL, BALSAMIC VINEGAR & ORANGE JUICE
*the only thing I might do differently is add the nuts just before serving so they stay crunchier
