RED EYES ON DUCKLINGS!! HELPP

I just recently got my ducklings a little bit less than two week ago. I’m not sure how old they are but i’m guessing they are 2-3 weeks old. I just noticed that their eyes were red. They must of just gotten it because I had them out a few hours ago. Is this normal? How do I treat it? and how did it happen!! PLEASE HELP

Here are some pictures but you can’t really tell in the picture but the white part of their eyes are red.

I don't see any redness to their eyes. How often are they able to bathe, do they have a source of water that they can dunk their whole head in?
