and i looked in her mouth and the m ost disgusting yellow stuff is stuffed in there. i took tweazers and got a lot of it out not knowing if it was hen or tumor or rotten corn.. she let me..
i sucked it out with blue sucker thing that you suck snot from baby sorry im in a hurry cant think.
i got gobs of stuff out..and it gagged me.. sour smell then i remembered a saying i had read.. sour crop.. and i cant find a thing on it..
...the "gunk" you took out of her beak and that was blocking her throat... that is what I meant by "lesions" (this is not typical for sour crop > sourcrop will present with a gaseous crop... it could be that she also suffers from this but the desription in the quote above sounded so very much like typical trichomoniasis) Often when you remove the "gunk" it will leave a sensitive area after becoming detached (ergo the term "lesions"). Please read the article I posted )there is a photo);
Since you say there is no lesions/sensitive area after removing the "gunk" then it might also be candidiasis (a "yeast infection") as that is also associated with the smell you described and though it usually does not appear as you described it with "sour crop" the same organism is responsible for "Thrush" which will clog up the throat etc. (note the photo of the pigeon in the article below). Please note that the article states it can also be associated with parasiticism (which would include trichomoniasis) ...nystatin is the the common med to treat this organism however with the "gunk" and the possibility of trichonomiasis I am thinking that you should go with the copper sulfate treatment as this is also recommended for treating trichomoniasis (see second link):

(see candidiasis)
excerpt: "....Treatment in poultry may include use of aqueous solutions of gentian violet, and copper sulfate (flock) or nystatin (individual bird). Prevention is optimal...."

"....dissolve 1 oz copper sulfate and 1 tablespoon of vinegar into 15 gallons water.
Use either solution as the sole water source during the course of the disease outbreak....."
...or you can buy the acidified product (you would not need the vinegar then)
