Because I'm eating a big plate of the leftovers right now , I thought of our Christmas dinner . I added that 11 and 1/2 pound smoked CX to the table . Everybody though it was a turkey LOL . Even the breast meat was moist , tender but with texture more typical of turkey in the legs and thighs , and delicious .
