Red swollen right side of face causing one eye to shut and watery!

Mycoplasma gallisepticum is also known as a chronic respiratory disease. It can and probably will come back again. The chicks are all carriers whether they become sick or not. New chicks will also become exposed, and may become infected. Here is some reading about MG:

There are other respiratory diseases, such as coryza, which also can cause swollen eyes and worse symptoms. Coryza should be treated with sulfa antibiotics, such as sulfadimethoxine or bactrim. Here are some common diseases to read about, including the 2 above:

I agree...looks like mycoplasma...make sure u treat for the length it says bc that will come back really fast.
sad to share today at 2:00 p.m. it died after surviving the night breathing heavily with jerks. I am extremely sad for it bcz it beared the pain 5 days and when the medicine started working the heavy breathing caused him death. I feel like crying..
