Can anyone help to diagnose my two 5wk old lavendar orpingtons? Their eyelids seem almost larger that my other chicks, definitely a little red and watery without any foaming or tearing. No issues breathing, no sneezing, no wheezing. Appetite is fine. They have been this way for about 2-3 weeks. Have been treating them with Happy Flock Breath Happy (https://www.happy-flock.com/shop/p/xpq1vwsviw4v96sru9fc4zcv2p3aw9) solution in their water with electrolytes and probiotics and for the last 5 days have also been applying Vetrx to nostrils and under their wings. Have also got them eating a small amount of garlic each day for the last few days. No sign of improvement yet. Any insight or feedback would be greatly appreciated. Pictures are attached.

Watery eyes are a sign of respiratory diseases. Do you use pine shavings and plenty of ventilation in the brooder or where they are housed? Pine shavings can be quite dusty and ceder shavings have been known to cause respiratory infections. I would suggest removing the wood shavings (if you use them) for the moment and replacing them with something less dusty. Sorry, I am not sure about treatment hopefully somone else can give advice about that.
