Lots of time hen slike a nice dark place to lay,often mines wouldn't lay UNLESS I had the coop door shut.Then its more shadey/lightly dark,in the coop.

My coop has 2 windows and is brightly lit with sunshine.

Their nesting boxes are on the same wall underneath.

They are nice, comfortable, and shaded dark.
