The gqf sportsmans hold temperature poorly below 60 degrees.I started up the farm master redwood for the first time today and let it run for four hours. The work shop was 30 degrees and the redwood stayed at 99 1/2 to 100 degrees with no problem... Amazing !
Im pretty sure you could hatch outside in alaska with one of these things...

I found one last spring, and let my husband talk me out of it....never again...I would like to hatch in my barn, not in the house. Can't do that with a sportsman....oh well...

Hey that looks awesome! Wish I could find one like that. I have actually just given up finding one of these. I started building my own this past weekend. It won't be quite this nice. I'll try and post some pics.

Does anyone know or have a Bundy setter or Hatcher for sale. Also looking for a hatching tray rack out of a Bundy or buckeye. Also looking for a baby mammoth hatcher or any old larger redwood machines that hold any where from 3,000 to 15,000 eggs some where near the west coast. We are needing some for our game farm as we hatch out a large number of game birds. I grew up on state game farms in Washington state and we used a lot of bundys and jamesways. Thanks for your help. Also looking for flight pen netting and 150' foot rolls of one inch by 60" or 72" poultry wire.

Woot! Just picked up a Robert Bradley yesterday. Not quite all original, there's been some modifications to one of the trays to make hatching baskets and some other things. Still in the van. I have to make room in the house for it and probably get some help carrying it in, then I'll post some pics. Supposed to hold temps perfect. Looks like it will hold 200-300 eggs, the guy wasn't sure. It was his grandpa's. I know the water pan is missing and it looked like a ground wire on the fan was coming loose. Also the electric box in the front by the switches was getting some rust. The bracket for the hygrometer and thermometer are with it, but they are missing, where could I look for replacements?

Just wondering, got the bator in the house and plugged in. The light on the outside is on and it's flashing; just wondering if that is normal or is something wrong? The house temp was 58 when I plugged it in and the temp in the bator is now 92
