Rehoming ducks (UK)

I have two female pekin ducks that are kept as pets. I will be going to university this year in September and unfortunately there will be no one else at home to take care of them. Does anyone know how I can rehome them somewhere where they will be safe? I would really want to continue to visit them as they are family pets.
