Related male and female

Hi, i'm new to duck keeping. I recently hatched out 2 ducklings from my adult pekins. She wouldn't sit on them so i just incubated them and they are now around 6 weeks old. I believe one is male and the other female. Obviously I cannot let them mate but will it effect them if they are separated, I kinda wanna pair one of them with another duck and have another breeding pair. Is their any place I can swap ducks with someone, i dunno if that is a thing? lol
