Removing chicks after hatching

Oh okay thank you, but I'm a little conceded because it is the 22nd day and besides a small crack in one the eggs that has been the same since yesterday none of the chicks seem to show any signs of hatching and the one chick that did hatch seems very lonely and is constantly making a high pitched calling nosie. Any suggestions about what might be done about the other eggs or the one chick?

Get the chick into the brooder. If no other chicks have hatched, you can put a small stuffed animal in with him, or even an over turned feather duster in the corner so he can snuggle into feathers. If you have a small parrot mirror, you can prop that up against the wall at his height so he sees other chicks with him.
