I understand how this would seem like a good idea to someone that dosnt know as much about chickens but with all the parasites an desieases that can be picked up and passed around not to meantion the stress on the flocks of birds with birds comeing and going and the stress on the bird themselves its just not a feasble Idea. You could look into gathering seman for people that want to AI there hens but from what I read it would have to be local as it dosnt kee or freeze like other types of animal human , horse , bull ect so they wuld have to be close enough for you to gather it and they insemante withen an hour or so.

Antibiotics won't kill viruses. Many chicken diseases are caused by viruses. If you want to keep them, I would start a bachelor pen as soon as possible. If these guys have been raised together they may be able to all get along. I have a couple bachelor pens and the roos that are in there grew up together. If they didnt they would probably kill each other because they hate all the other roosters that aren't in their own pen lol. You could pick one or two to stay with your girls but having too many roosters with them will probably be too much breeding and they could really get hurt.
