Ask them to forward the email OR to give you the name and number of the person who notified them that they were being transferred. SO that you can confirm that they are indeed being transferred.
Then consult the management company to see if they have renters lined up that could come in.
Perhaps if you were to rent with section 8 housing, or subisdized elder housing...
If not see about talking to a realtor about a "quick sale". OR an "as is" sale.

i would let them out but they must be out by sept 1... try and rent it for sept 1 ... or put it back on the market.. if they cant be out for the 1st... then they pay the whole month of sept

We have put it back on the market. Being a small MS town it is hard to rent if not to students. We were lucky to have found a family. We had tried everything to get rid of this house. even almost had it sold. Right now with job future questionable- husband without a job and living out of the garden I am just stressed.
