Did you end up with any others after the first? I had an early hatcher with my first batch of incubated chicken eggs, but a bunch more followed in the next 24 hours.

All the others stopped moving without externally pipping 48 hours later. I cracked 2 open and both had their heads in the wrong position

I now have the problem that the gosling has imprinted on me and won't stop crying every time it can't see me or I'm too far away. At night it will sleep if I slowly lower the light level until it's dark but during the day it won't stop crying (I've waited 3+ hours). Does anyone have any idea how it can get used to being alone? So far all I've tried is a mirror.
