This is my African fat-tailed gecko. I find they are more timid and more delicate than leopard geckos. Mine sleeps all day, and I almost never see her. Although once she came out mid-day and shed her skin and ate it before my eyes.

Does anyone have African fat-tailed geckos? I have one and would like to hear others' experiences with them.

I don’t use crickets but I know Rainbow Mealworms sells them. They are the company I buy most of my live bugs from.

I love them!!! I’ve gotten bugs for my chickens from there a couple times. though not in a while haha

Well, in my experience the African fat-tailed geckos aren't as fun as leopard geckos. My leopard gecko enjoys walking on her hamster wheel.
