The first one is a leopard gecko. Definitely a top three reptile in my opinion, very docile, hardy, and easy to maintain.They’re adorable!!!
Just a question because I own a beardy and a blue tongue and haven’t overly looked into geckos... What species are they? Would you recommend them?
The second is a giant day gecko. I think her care is pretty easy too but more required than a leopard gecko. They thrive in a planted setup and are active during the day unlike most geckos. Definitely a hands-off animal, though. They’re very delicate and can be skittish, though mine is quite tame and unfearful she still doesn’t tolerate handling unless it’s on her own terms (to grab a bug out of my hand).
I can’t say enough good things about leopard geckos. There’s lots of them in this thread too. I’ve had mine for close to 12 years.
