Rescue chicken advice

[Smol chickens]

Ok, so, I have two rescue chickens that are perfectly fine and happy, but, my third, and newest addition to the flock, hen is a rescue from extreme neglect and abuse, she’s overly skittish, and she just tries to hide whenever something moves, what can I do to try and help her calm down, I have tried slow introductions, and trust building techniques, but they’re not working, please help!
