I wouldn't give them bread it's high cabs and that's where the pounds come from. Mixing corn into the feed is fine for now but after this I'd just do plain feed and stick to greens and meal worms as a treat. Water melon in season is another big hit. Grapes etc. I give mine some corn along with their 6 way scratch in winter to keep them warm over night.I have corn already mixed into the feed, I think since they are new they may be eating a little less. They have never had bread before though should I give them some occasionally? Or is that a no no?
I feel like they don’t even love the corn- ha drfiitely will go back to feed only. They don’t like oats either. I’m a tad worried my Indian runner seems to be stressed. They are friendly so I pet my girls and she seems to freak out if I pet near her bottom. I looked at her little area and it seems irritated? I know it’s a process but I am a tad worried he’s been having his way with her most. Other then that they seem okay. I tried to look at the Cayugas foot and she almost injured herself because she is so terrified. Other then that honestly everyone seems good and happyAre they settling in well. Your girls liking the new kids?
