Here’s our drake and his lady friend! He is the top of our pecking order, and I crack up every time he goes after our rooster! He does a wonderful job protecting both of his ladies, but the one pictured was raised with him so they are very bonded!

Murray ate of my hand this morning the girl (Courtney love) is skiddish but came closer I think they found their forever home. Thanks all for the help! How often do older hens lay?

I hope they have we never know what they have been through before they get to us. I hope it all works out for them and your ducks and you!
I have Muscovy that are going on 7-8 yrs and they are still laying not every day but enough to keep us in eggs, and that is another reason to keep her from being over weight you don't want egg laying issues.

I give my girls greens in the morning is that okay? I can cut back on the mealworms but they will go crazy without their treats

I have corn already mixed into the feed, I think since they are new they may be eating a little less. They have never had bread before though should I give them some occasionally? Or is that a no no?
