I'd have to get a better look later but I could see her being a leghorn.
Most all my females have small combs until they reach laying age then they seem to blow up almost over night.
If she's laying and is a leghorn she would be pretty badly bred.

Got a silver Leghorn pullet just like her from McMurray in March.
