"rescued' yet another one... (graphic pictures)

It worked pretty quick when my 2011 girls had coccidiosis as chicks. Seems like it was overnight with them. :) Just remember to keep dosing for the full period, even after they look like they're cured.

She's a red sex link. She is definitely better today. Hr eyes look good. The sparkle is back. How quick can corrid work? 24 hours?

Yes it works fast, 4 hours for me. Just seems unusual for birds that have been on your soil for so long to get cocci? I don't understand why it would make them sick all the sudden.

me either. and it was only the one that seemed to be getting hit. then 6 months later another one. I have been finding some red in some poops. Looked to me like shed lining, but who am I to know for sure? Not like bright red blood, like pale red. With Angel doing fine, I am not going to question it, just glad she's better.

My 14 weeks olds seem skinny too. they are on medicated feed, but i put them on the Corrid as well. Curious to see if it makes any difference.

Next go around, blood work and feces sample to the vet. No fooling around.

Glad things are looking under control, Fishnet, for Angel. Thank you for Hope's last pictures. I know you are hyper-vigilant for any signs or symptoms popping up in your other birds. Scary. Sounds like you are on the mark...taking care of this.
