Resetting password without access to the email registered with?

I have a member trying to login, but they cannot access their email they originally registered with in order to reset their password? Can someone advise me on how to proceed?

We take the security of our members' accounts (and the site) very seriously. Unfortunately email is the only way we can verify that a person is the owner of a BYC account, otherwise there is the risk of someone else saying, "Hey, this is me, I'm locked out, can you give me access?"
