Resin Shed for Coop?

I have to completely redesign my coop/run for the birds. It's a long story but the short version is the current location is hazardous to MY health. I've fallen several times in the mud from a wet summer just getting to them to feed and water. Then, inside the run area I've fallen ... yep, mud.

Anyway, I'm considering converting a resin storage building but I'm wondering if it will stay warm enough and if it will need more ventilation than what is built in.

Thoughts?

I'd be more concerned about the heat than the cold, but if you ventilate the snot out of it, should be fine.
