I'm guessing that's what this is. 2 of my girls have 1 swollen eye and snot in that nostril. What do it do?

Is there a bad odor from the face? Do you see bubbles or fiam in an eye, or any pus? There are a number of common respiratory diseases, and some are viral while others are bacterial and may respond to certain antibiotics, such as tylosin. Mycoplasma gallisepticum (MG) or coryza could be possibilities. Here are some common diseases and symptoms:

No odor or bubbles/pus. Just swollen eye and I see snot in that nostril.

Any help? One is worse than the other. They are sneezing and I can hear the congestion. I have them seperated from the rest of the flock. Currently I have these medicines available

Zydacline 20ml drops
Amoxicillin 400mg/5ml
Amov/clavin 600mg/5ml
Ampitrexyl 1000mg tablets

I was just about to order tylosin but it will take 7-10 days to arrive. My tractor supply has tylan 50 and 200 in stock. Would those work?
If you can get Tylan50 injectable get that.
Dose is .25ml per pound of weight given orally 3 times a day for 5 days.

Keep the eyes flushed out with saline, press out any pus you see and apply some Terramycin in the eye. (Do this a couple of times a day)

Ok, thank you. I'm not seeing any pus in the eye. Just swelling but I will keep an eye in it.
