Respiratory infection

I believe I have a hen with a respiratory infection and am trying to treat her. I have this on hand. I would like to mix this in her water but is it okay if my other hens drink it as well?

Theres no picture attached. If it is a respiratory infection then you o ly want to treat the birds that show symptoms. Why do you think it's a respiratory infection?

What are they symptoms making you think that it’s a respiratory disease? Can you take any photos?
