Respiratory Question

Hey there. I share a space with my MIL... we have 12 chickens. One showed signs of respiratory distress so I pulled her out and got a light on her. No improvement for two days so I dosed with antibiotics. Some improvement but not fully recovered. I had planned on trying a course of different antibiotics to see if that would help, but my MIL let her out because she thought she was healthy enough. The rest of the flock just has general sneezing that I think is a result of a dusty coop from winter. I do have some chicks that are looking like they are breathing a little heavy and showing some signs of coccidiosis, which my adult chickens have had issues with in the past. Is there anything egg safe I can give to everyone to help them or should I just dose chicks with Corid and let the older chickens work out their sneezes? I’m not convinced antibiotics for the whole lot is needed.
