I posted in a vet forum and I was told to treat with an injection Tylan 50 1 cc

I would prefer an antibiotic I can put in their water and treat the whole flock, I read this can be contagious.

I also live an hour away from tractor supply, so something I can order online is preferred

What are you supposed to be treating?

I would not treat a whole flock unless they showed marked symptoms of respiratory disease.

You are treating your bird for a bump over the eye? What other symptoms do you see?

Tylan50 injectable can be given orally, so that's what I would do. Dosage range is 10-40mg/kg given up to 3 times a day. Most treat respiratory symptoms (like Mycoplasma - bubbles in the eyes, coughing/sneezing/mucous, etc.) at a rate of 0.25ml per pound of weight of Tylan50 given orally 3 times a day for 5 days.
