respiratory?

One of my 20 week old chickens started to gasps for air yesterday. I have her in the house away from everyone else. I'm treating her with the only antibiotics I have on hand. (Sulmet)

I haven't had this problem in a long time. My question is should I treat them all? I have about 80 chickens and 4 ducks.

I tried to do a video but its not working

She is making a popping noise when breathing. I also checked for gapeworm or something in the throat. I found nothing
