I used to have 2 RIR. The first one got attacked by my min pin and never came back. I live in the city. The other rir I clipped her wing but the very same day she was getting attacked by the neighbors stray cats he feeds and she leaves at night and comes back during the day every day it's like that. She won't go into the coop anymore. Please help. I've cleaned the coop and I put clean water and food out for her.

Hello and welcome to BYC! :frow Glad you joined.
Good grief! That is why I don't let my min pin near by chickens!
Have you examined the coop for mites? You may want to start another post on the Managing Your Flock so you can discuss your problem and post some pictures. Good luck.

Take a flashlight out after dark and look for tiny little red bugs crawling around on and under the roost and coming out of nooks and cranies in the wood.
Again, I suggest you start a new thread to discuss this topic. Include pictures of your coop, inside and out, as well as your RIR and people will help you there.
This thread is for your welcome committee to greet you!!

Welcome to Backyard Chickens, hope you will enjoy it as much as we do. If you made your chickens a "secure" run to be in during the day, they would not be subjected to your dog or cats or other predators.
