Reuse it!

TP Rolls also make for fun playgrounds for day olds and quail chicks, they'll run thru/around the tubes and it keeps them from picking on each other.

that's a very nice thread, and infact all of us can get alot of benifits out of it.
I use all coffee cans and ols pasta sause jars for a lot of things, I also use most old lumber and left over building materials.

I use tp rolls to put timothy hay in for my chinchilla and rabbits to play with.

I save all plastic containers containing cottage cheese, sour cream, chinese containers...you know the ones I mean, for leftovers and to send food home with other family members (so I don't have to worry about them coming back

) I used to use Tupperware, but I'd never get them back!

I save any jar--I use those for water bath canning and save my brand name (thicker glass) jars for pressure cooking!!!

Use milk jugs for luminaries at Halloween and Christmas, or parties for the kids. I also use milk jugs filled with water for weights.

We use coffee cans upside down in the top of the chickens feeders. It keeps them from pooping in there. One of the flocks figured out how to get it out and I went and found an EE with butt feathers sticking out the top.

used cardboard egg cartons-----

fill the compartments with shreds from the paper shredder and top with melted old candles. when set, cut into individual cuppies. Makes dandy firestarters

Of course we won't go there about how investing in a certain company's product saves the landfill with their storage and microwave products.
