thankyou i have ordered a hygrometer so ill see how that goes. what do you have the temperature set on?

I adjust mine till the extra thermometers are in range sometimes it's 37 sometimes it's closer to 36 c. When I take out the Turner and lay the eggs on the hatching screen I seem to have to turn it down to around 35 c. I rely heavily on the extra thermometers

Im thinking of doing a dry hatch with this model of 15 to 30 humidity. Then ramp it upto 60-65 at lock down. Will this work?

I had trouble getting the humidity to stabilize anywhere besides 50%, 65%+ or what the bator was reading a's 25% (actually much lower once I got a decent hygrometer ) I have read many folks get decent hatches running dry, but they live in locations that actually have humidity in the air. One of the biggest learning curves is your specific location..... including normal humidity levels in the air where you are and elevation..... I live in a very arid location at 6000 feet above sea level so what works for me might be a disaster for you..... I do know that when I went with a dry hatch I only managed to hatch 2 out of 40 eggs and they were the Dark shelled ones that didn't lose moisture as fast.

i no this is a very old threadt but i have same incubater and so far all runing fine apart from te turner it dont stop at rite angle so every time te trap stops flat not at a angle as if the timer stop setings are out buy a secand or to sotrying fined out if tere is any way6 geting in to te setings for the turner so can ajust them looked all over wit no look but there must be a way to get in to them settinga?

I am not familiar with a way to adjust the turner..... with this model anyway. It may require a new turner motor

i tryed a totaly dirent try mottor same prob turns left ten strat back to flat then 2hr trns rite then strat back to flat so mottor so on doing as suposter but but trays not like say as if timing on timer is little off

i did all so fined a big prob this incubater if u clip off the control pannle the hole in side is filled with water damp litraly round the main electrics so sorted tat strat away just bit warning any one do get one
