So cute! Ours has been so incredible. She loves cuddles and being petted. So far, she's my favorite

Is this a Rhode Island Blue? I got a shipment of mystery eggs and have been trying to puzzle them out! She has feathered feet.

Pics are 2 days and then 5.5 weeks!

Adorable but I don't think it's a Rhode Island Blue. Mine doesn't have feathered feet. I am not an expert, however

Rhode island blues do not have feathered feet And they are wonderful! Mine are around 11 weeks old...maybe 12 weeks, and they are so gentle and sweet. I have 2. They are a cross between a Blue Australorps and Rhode Island Reds. I, of course dont have a picture handy, but could get one in the morning. They have went to bed for the evening. Sorry!
I believe they are fairly new, and are also considered a production blue.

I would love to see photos! I'm curious how they'll change or how much blue they'll actually keep to their feathers.

I couldn't ever get a good picture of the two of them not standing in front of each other. The lighter one looks almost yellow in the photos, but she's not that bright, though she does have some yellow splotches. They are the sweetest things, but of course only a couple days old. They snuggled up in my daughters hair by her ear while we were sitting outside with them
