When did your RIR start laying eggs? mine is about 19 weeks still no eggs... WHEN? im so anxious!

I had two RIR's in my mixed flock. The first to lay were my Black Sex Links, then the RIR's and then the Buff Orphingtons. I'd say mine were about 21-22 weeks before I got the first "dark brown" egg from one of them. They lay prolifically once they get started.
 
Mine were about 22 weeks.

Their combs and wattles were a bit darker than your girls, but every chicken is different.

I would say you should have some eggs within the next two to three weeks.

Good luck! The waiting is the hardest part!
