I bought them 4-9-17 at Wilco Feed, guessing they were born around 4-1-17. I've been having a heck of a time figuring out the sex. The Combs are small on all 4, but 3 have the different style tail feathers which are resembling the early stages of Cockerel tail feathers. Also the the 3 in concern are starting to spar and there neck feathers flare out. Thank you for reading.

Did they all turn out to be pullets?
I have 3...all with totally different tails
Tails aren't really an accurate way to sex chickens. Pullets often get awkward tails that may resemble the early stages of a cockerel's tail. A much better way to sex them is by looking at the saddle feathers. Cockerels that are 8 weeks or older will develop pointed saddle feathers, while pullets' feathers will stay rounded.
