Rhode Island red rooster tail feather

My Rhode Island red rooster that I’ve had for two years now has always had green feathers on his tail. The other day I noticed that one of his green tail feathers turned white at the tip. What could cause this? This is not a new feather it is one that has been there for a long time

It is normal. If it gets more white, then I would post again, but that looks normal
