Rhode Island Red won’t stop laying Double yolk eggs(25 weeks old )

I had a young hen this year. Actually I thought she was too young to lay yet. She was just 4.5 months old. Like yours she was sitting there and you could just see something was not right. I got worried. I seperated her and she was sitting there pressing like crazy at times. The only thing I could think of was to take some vegetable oil and a syringe and put about 10 or 15ml in her cloaka. The next morning she had layed a little egg. She has been fine ever since. If you feel like she is having a hard time you might try that to see if it helps her.

Whatever happened to the double yolkier?? I have the same thing going on with my hen. She stopped laying now?? I don't know what is wrong. I ask chicken people, called Vets, her butt now is always poopy so I soaked her several times and it's red under the feathers. I put ointment on her. Gave her yogurt, buttermilk with bread, dewormer months ago...She does act weird! Always did from those huge eggs! Now she acts deaf or blind so strange. Tags behind the other few chickens I have. She got really bossy, pecked at them. Now the last couple days she's sitting a lot, like wanting to lay and nothing happens. I too hope she doesn't die. I've posted on here, NO HELP
