Ribh's D'Coopage

Thanks she is working on recovery.

Thanks... I think she's doing better each day, there also seems to be new hurdles each day.

There will be many hurdles along the way. In 2001 my grandmother suffered a major stroke. She was in a coma for a week only to awaken on September 11th 2001. She was in much worse shape then Sue, ironically her name was also Sue, she had a breathing tube in her neck, was not able to talk at all, nor eat or drink. She ended up making a 90% recovery and returned home after about a year.

I have full faith that Sue will have a much quicker recovery. Medical advancements have come such a long way in 20 years.

Hi guys... I left 15 minutes late and got home almost an hour late. Traffic in the big cities sucks. Sue is more responsive today and I got to feed her lunch. Her assessment was it tasted like crap. I tasted it and will confirm her assessment. But none-the-less she ate half of it. And she ate all of her pudding and half of her chocolate ice cream. She's not at all happy about me feeding her but her arms are still restrained to keep her from pulling out IVs
The perfect patient then.....
Pleased to read she's grumpy.:love
